Brad Keller Fires Six Scoreless Innings On Wednesday
4 years agoKansas City Royals pitcher Brad Keller had a strong start in Wednesday's game against the Cincinnati Reds. He pitched six innings, allowing two hits, three walks and no runs while striking out three. He's now made two starts this year after beginning the year on the Injured List while recovering from a positive COVID-19 test. He's won both starts and is yet to give up a run, posting a WHIP of just 0.91. He should be on the radar of any fantasy owner in need of pitching depth. In shallow leagues, you'll want to see a little bit more before pulling the trigger on him, but he's worth a shot in deeper leagues right now. His next start will be Tuesday, again facing the Reds.
