Brad Hand Coughs Up a Game-Winner in the 12th Inning
6 years agoCleveland Indians closer Brad Hand allowed a walk-off home run in the 12th inning of Friday's game. Hand came in to start the 12th and faced Matt Chapman, who took him out over the left field fence to give the Oakland A's an extra-inning win. Hand's line ended up as zero innings pitched, one run allowed on one hit. He threw six pitches, three balls and three strikes and his ERA went up to 1.62 while his record evened at 2-2.
