Brad Boxberger Picks Up First Save
7 years agoNewly minted Diamondbacks closer Brad Boxberger picked up his first save of the season on Friday night. In his inning of work, Boxberger struck out two batters and walked one. It was a great start for the former Ray, who shut the door against one of the leagues most potent offenses. With the Arizona offense firing on all cylinders, it looks like Boxberger will have plenty of save opportunities moving forward. He remains under 50% owned in ESPN leagues and should be grabbed immediately if available.
