Columbus Blue Jackets forward Boone Jenner logged his first multi-point outing of the season on Monday, finishing a 7-3 loss to Carolina with a goal and an assist. He combined with Oliver Bjorkstrand to set up Kevin Stenlund to make it 3-1 in the first period after Cam Atkinson had opened the scoring in the contest with just 26 seconds played. Jenner has been slumping lately, but he made a fine start to the season with six points in 10 games last month and should be able to return to form soon. The 27-year-old has nine points in 17 games for the season with 35 hits, 31 shots, and 24 blocks.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
