Bones Hyland Leaves With Ankle Injury On Thursday, Waiting For Evaluation
1 year agoLos Angeles Clippers guard Bones Hyland (ankle) had to leave their preseason game on Thursday with an ankle sprain. After the game, when head coach Ty Lue was asked about the injury, he said that Hyland would be evaluated on Friday. This evaluation has yet to happen, but he will be someone to monitor since this could affect his availability for their opening game depending on the severity of the sprain. Even though Hyland is in a reserve role, the team already has six players that are considered day-to-day so he could see a consistent amount of playing time given the health of the team.
