Bones Hyland Exits Sunday's Game With Ankle Soreness
3 years agoDenver Nuggets guard Bones Hyland (ankle) was removed from Sunday's game against the Portland Trail Blazers due to left ankle soreness. He played less than a minute in the game before his removal and he didn't return to the court. The rookie has been seeing around 20 minutes per game off the bench lately. He averaged 8.9 points, 3.0 rebounds, 2.6 assists and 1.7 threes per game in February. The Nuggets' next game is against the Oklahoma City Thunder on Thursday. If Hyland is unable to play, we could see Davon Reed or Markus Howard earn some extra minutes.
