Bojan Bogdanovic Leads Jazz With 24 Points
4 years agoUtah Jazz small forward Bojan Bogdanovic scored a team-high 24 points on 9-for-16 shooting in Friday's 119-111 win over Indiana. Donovan Mitchell was on his way to another big scoring performance with 22 points in 21 minutes, but he was forced to exit with an ankle injury and thus Bogdanovic took over the leading scorer's role. He finished 2-for-6 with the three-ball and shot 4-for-4 at the line with three rebounds, one assist and one steal. Bogdanovic will be in for a bigger offensive load if Mitchell is forced to sit on the sidelines now. He doesn't get a lot of time to recover ahead of the next game, which is already on Saturday against the Lakers. Jordan Clarkson, who had 18 points on Friday, and Mike Conley, who managed a 10-point, 10-assist double-double, will also get more shots if Mitchell is missing.
