Bobby Miller Takes Loss In Postseason Debut Start
1 year agoLos Angeles Dodgers rookie starting pitcher Bobby Miller did not last long in National League Division Series Game 2's 4-2 loss to the Diamondbacks. The 24-year-old pitched just 1 2/3 innings, allowing three runs on four hits and two walks with one strikeout. Miller was successful overall in his first big-league regular season, going 11-4 with a 3.76 ERA, 1.10 WHIP, and 23.6% strikeout rate in 22 starts and 124 1/3 IP. However, it is not that surprising that he was kept on a short leash with such little overall experience in a game of this magnitude.
