Blue Jays Interested In Bryan Reynolds
2 years agoMLB Network's Jon Morosi reported Monday that the Toronto Blue Jays are interested in switch-hitting Pittsburgh Pirates outfielder Bryan Reynolds. Reynolds recently requested a trade, sparking interest among several teams. The 27-year-old slashed .262/.345/.461 with 27 home runs, 62 RBI, and seven stolen bases in 2022 and could be a potential replacement for Teoscar Hernandez, who was traded to the Seattle Mariners this offseason. Per Morosi, the Blue Jays would likely have to offer one of their top prospects, either starting pitcher Ricky Tiedemann or shortstop Orelvis Martinez to have a chance at drawing interest from the Pirates.
