Winnipeg Jets forward Blake Wheeler set some personal records this season, hitting 91 points, and his 68 assists led the league. Wheeler produced at over a point-per-game pace the entire season and his last 10 games were no different, as he netted five goals and 13 points. The 31-year-old American winger will continue his duties on the top line and the top power-play unit. Expectations are high in Winnipeg this year and Wheeler will be required to live up to them if the Jets hope to make a deep run. Head coach Paul Maurice rested his big players down the stretch to get ready for the playoffs, including Wheeler and linemate Mark Scheifele. They should come out firing.
