Tampa Bay Rays manager Kevin Cash praised how starting pitcher Blake Snell and prospect Yonny Chirinos looked on Tuesday. Snell just recently turned 25 years old, but already has 218 1/3 innings pitched in the majors. The most obvious strength of Snell's young career is his 217 strikeouts, showing that he is a power pitcher that can make a difference in fantasy lineups. Chirinos dominated Triple-A last season but has yet to show big strikeout potential in the minors. Snell is more of a fifth fantasy starter with upside, while Chirinos is more of just a name to keep an eye on once he makes the majors.--Jamie Mellor
