7 years agoTampa Bay Rays starting pitcher Blake Snell will be hoping to reverse a career trend Sunday. Snell has been significantly better at home in his career than on the road. When pitching away from Tropicana Field, Snell has a 4.42 ERA compared to a 2.82 ERA at home. However, in 2018, Snell has been better on the road than his career numbers, he has a 3.86 ERA in 23 1/3 innings. Pitching on the road in a hitter friendly park probably makes Snell a pitcher to avoid Sunday, but his upside is such that he could make for a good gamble play.--Ben Rolfe
