7 years agoThe question has been finally resolved, as Los Angeles Angels reliever Blake Parker was used in LA's first save situation of the year. He was very strong in the role last year, but struggled this spring leading to questions about his ability to stay in the role. He struggled in his first save opportunity, giving up a run on two hits and a walk but still nailed down the save. Parker is the bullpen arm you want for right now, but any of Cam Bedrosian, Jim Johnson or Keynan Middleton could mix into the saves at some point. This is a bullpen situation to stay away from outside of deeper formats.--patton
