Blake Griffin Dominates Brooklyn
7 years agoDetroit Pistons forward Blake Griffin continued his dominance on Wednesday, this time it was against the Brooklyn Nets. Griffin saw 34 minutes of action in the 115-106 win, scoring a team-high 25 points on 9-for-19 shooting from the field. Though he struggled from deep, going 1-for-5 from downtown, he made up for it by dishing out seven assists and coming up with two steals. Griffin has played well since arriving in Detroit and is averaging 21.5 points, 7.8 boards and 6.3 assists per game. His inconsistent shooting from the floor can be somewhat concerning for fantasy owners, but he is solid across the board otherwise. He will have a tough matchup on Friday night against his former Clippers squad and will be matched up against forward Tobias Harris, a player who is sporting a defensive efficiency rating of 100.5 since being dealt to Los Angeles.
