Bills Sign Jace Sternberger
1 year agoFree-agent tight end Jace Sternberger agreed to a contract with the Bills on Monday. Green Bay selected the 27-year-old in the third round of the 2019 NFL Draft. He played 18 games in two seasons with the Packers. However, he had only 12 catches (18 targets) for 114 yards and one touchdown. Sternberger was released in 2021 and made stops in Seattle, Washington, and Pittsburgh, although he never saw the field for any of those teams before suiting up for the Birmingham Stallions of the USFL. That said, Buffalo has Dawson Knox, Dalton Kincaid, and Quintin Morris on the depth chart, so Sternberger will have a tough time doing anything for fantasy managers, even if he's on the team come Week 1.
