The Buffalo Bills restructured the contract of cornerback Tre'Davious White on Thursday in a move to free up space under the salary cap, according to a league source. As of Thursday, the Bills had just $288,710 under the 2022 salary cap, which was the least amount of space of any team in the league. Restructuring White's deal will free up around $2.3 million, which will give Buffalo some more room to operate should they need to make more roster moves for injured players. White will have $2.9 million of his base salary converted into a bonus. He's signed through the 2025 season after agreeing to a four-year, $70 million extension in September of 2020. White tore his ACL last November and just made his season debut in the Thanksgiving game last Thursday night, playing only 16 defensive snaps.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBallerRead More News
