Benny Snell Jr. Could See Increased Workload
5 years agoPittsburgh Steelers running back Benny Snell Jr. may wind up serving as the full-time back if James Conner (quad) is unable to go. Conner has missed practice all week after toting just six carries a week ago, before going down with the injury. However, in Snell's seven carries against the Jets, he rushed for just 14 yards, so a matchup with the Ravens isn't exactly ideal. In his favor, the Ravens are expected to sit defensive tackle Brandon Williams, so if Snell does get the lions share, he could return RB3 numbers if he finds the end zone.
