Bennedict Mathurin Still Without Timetable To Return
2 years agoIndiana Pacers forward Bennedict Mathurin (ankle) has missed the team's last two games with a sprained right ankle and seems to be trending toward missing a third game on Thursday. The team has not given a timetable for his return just yet, but head coach Rick Carlisle said that he's "making some real positive strides with his rehab." There is no reason to rush him back while the team doesn't have great championship hoes this year. He has given rookie of the year voters a reason to think about him for the award though as he has averaged 16.6 points, 4.0 rebounds, and 1.4 assists per game.
