Ben Roethlisberger Back To A Full Practice Thursday
3 years agoPittsburgh Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger (pectoral, shoulder) returned to a full practice on Thursday, a day after he was listed as a limited practice participant. Roethlisberger has been managing pectoral and shoulder injuries for most of the year, but they won't keep him from playing in Sunday's wild-card playoff contest against the Kansas City Chiefs in what could be the final game of his career. The good news for Big Ben is that he will be getting receiver James Washington back from the COVID-19 list and potentially JuJu Smith-Schuster(shoulder) from Injured Reserve, but the bad news is the 39-year-old QB has been a low-ceiling, dink-and-dunk QB2 all year for fantasy purposes. He's merely a low-cost contrarian play in DFS at his $5,200 DraftKings salary for this weekend. Roethlisberger threw for only 159 yards with a TD and a pick back in Week 16 against the Chiefs.
