Beau Hossler Aims For Better Genesis Invitational Result
1 year agoBeau Hossler has not performed well in Los Angeles. He missed the cut last year and blew up the year before with a final round 75. One of the main problems the American golfer had in 2023 was his approaches to the green. He lost 0,263 strokes which ranked 158th on the PGA Tour. This year, he has been inside the Top 60. However, his work off the tee has fallen outside the Top 100. His approaches and accuracy also were below average. Combine that with 57.65% driving accuracy (130th on tour) and Hossler has lots to work on this week at Riviera Country Club.

Beau Hossler Underrated Heading To Mexico Open
2 months agoBeau Hossler has not had that breakthrough performance in 2025 yet. The American golfer did contend for a while at The American Express (ended T-12). Hossler ranked inside the Top 25 in several putting metrics in 2024 including strokes gained to putting (14th - 0.496). He was 45th with GIR (Greens In Regulation) at 69.54%. Early in 2025, Hossler stands at 64.58%. Now, 5% does not sound like a lot but things like this add up. His driving accuracy has dipped by a little over 5% too. On the bright side, he is 4-for-4 in making cuts. This week, Hossler drives okay but not with the big hitters (302.7 yards - 73rd). He may not be the most ideal option for DFS or betting at Vidanta Vallarta, but could be effective.

Beau Hossler Seeks A Better Start At Scottsdale
2 months agoBeau Hossler has not had the best of times at the WM Phoenix Open since COVID. The American golfer has missed cuts but gotten off to some poor starts too. Add in another 72 in 2024 and that put Hossler too far behind to truly factor in the event. As a result, he finished just outside the Top 40 (T-41). Hossler putts okay for the most part but his accuracy getting on greens has been nightmarish in 2025 (167th - 63.43%). Strangely enough, Hossler's putts per round ranked 5th at 27.25. That is because the rest of his game has not caught up yet. Things do seem in flux with Hossler's game which means consistency could be fleeting.

Beau Hossler In Great Form For Shriners Children’s Open
6 months agoBeau Hossler finished T11 at last week's Black Desert Championship, marking his second straight top-15 finish and third in his previous four appearances. Hossler finished 65th in the final 2024 regular season FedEx Cup standings and will now focus on preparing for the Shriners Children's Open at TPC Summerlin. Hossler has performed well at this event in the past, finishing tied for seventh in 2023, T34 in 2022, and T29 in 2021. Over the past 12 months, Hossler ranks in the 59th percentile for greens in regulation percentage on approach shots from 100-150 yards in the fairway, and at last year's Shriners Children's Open, over 34% of approach shots came from this distance. Considering Hossler's recent form and past success at this event, he could be a valuable addition to DFS lineups this week.

Beau Hossler Looks To Bounce Back At Jackson Country Club
6 months agoBeau Hossler missed the cut at the Procore Championship two weeks ago and will aim to make a comeback at the Sanderson Farms Championship at the Jackson Country Club this week. Before missing the cut at the Procore Championship, Hossler finished T12 at the Wyndham Championship last month. One important point to note is that over the past 12 months, Hossler ranks in the 62nd percentile in greens in regulation percentage on approach shots in the fairway from 100-150 yards. This is significant because, at last year's Sanderson Farms Championship, over 30% of approach shots came from this distance. Hossler has struggled for consistency in 2024, so including him in DFS lineups comes with some risk.
