Bears Bringing Grady Jarrett To Chicago On Three-Year Deal
3 mins agoThe Chicago Bears are signing former Atlanta Falcons defensive tackle Grady Jarrett to a three-year, $43.5 million deal, according to NFL insider Ari Meirov. Jarrett was released by Atlanta on Monday and did not take long to find a new home. The former fifth-round pick out of Clemson in 2015 is a two-time Pro Bowler and has collected 496 tackles (267 solo), 36.5 sacks, five forced fumbles, three fumble recoveries, six pass deflections, and 70 run stuffs in 152 career games. The 31-year-old has posted just 4 sacks in the last two seasons, so he is likely past his prime. Either way, he is likely to be a Day 1 starter for the Bears in 2025.
