Avoid Green Bay Defense In Week 11
6 years agoGreen Bay’s defense had a nice fantasy outing in Week 10, dominating a Miami offense led by quarterback Brock Osweiler. They figure to have a much tougher matchup on Thursday night when they take on the Seattle Seahawks. The Packers DST has been useful as the occasional streaming option when they face inexperienced quarterbacks but they have not had productive outings in most situations. They figure to be missing linebacker Nick Perry, cornerback Kevin King, and safety Kentrell Brice. Perry is an important part of Green Bay’s run defense and Green Bay’s secondary is on life support after losing two safeties over the past two weeks. The special teams unit should see a boost from the return of Trevor Davis, their preferred kick returner. However, it won’t be enough to move the needle. The Packers DST can safely be left on the waiver wire in Week 11. They do not warrant any consideration until Week 13 when they take on the Arizona Cardinals.
