Austin Seferian-Jenkins Could Have Huge Week 1
6 years agoIn 2017, fantasy owners consistently found themselves rewarded by playing tight ends against the New York Giants defense. Jacksonville Jaguars tight end Austin Seferian-Jenkins will look to keep that trend going in 2018 in Sunday's matchup against the Giants at the Meadowlands. In 2017, tight ends found the end zone against the Giants in each of the team's first nine games, but the team managed to hold the position to under 10 fantasy points in three of the final six games. Seferian-Jenkins has the physical skills to make an impact on Sunday, but Jacksonville's past tight end usage and Seferian-Jenkins's inconsistency means that there's bust potential here this week. Still, the match-up is too good to sit the tight end in deeper formats.
