6 years agoNew York Yankees catcher Austin Romine will sit on Tuesday for the start of the team's series against the Baltimore Orioles. Backup catcher Kyle Higashioka will get the start behind the plate in Romine's stead. Neil Walker is once again in the lineup, this time as designated hitter. Brett Gardner, Giancarlo Stanton, and Aaron Hicks will round out the outfield. The Yankees have faced Baltimore starter Yefry Ramirez once in his young career, and all their scheduled hitters for Tuesday's game save for Romine and third baseman Miguel Andujar reached base against him. Ramirez had a great outing against the Texas Rangers but allowed three home runs to the Boston Red Sox in his next start. Walker has been absolutely on fire as of late (hitting .647 the last seven days) and is a solid daily fantasy option today.--Mauricio Castillo
