Austin Riley Hits Two-Run Shot On Sunday To Complete Series Sweep
7 months agoAtlanta Braves third baseman Austin Riley launched his second home run of the season to power the Braves to a series sweep over the Arizona Diamondbacks. Riley was held without a hit until the eighth inning when he launched a two-run shot to center field off Miguel Castro to score Ozzie Albies. The 27-year-old came into Sunday's game with a strong .258/.303/.452 stat line. Riley should continue to hit cleanup, as he has done all season for one of the best lineups in baseball, making him an elite option in both season-long and DFS formats. Riley and Braves will host their division rival, the New York Mets, for a four-game set beginning on Monday, with Julio Teheran scheduled to start for the opposition in the series opener.
