6 years agoPittsburgh Pirates outfielder Austin Meadows and starting pitcher Tyler Glasnow appear to be the main two pieces in the Pirates deal to acquire Chris Archer. It appears there will be a third piece involved but that player is still to be decided. The fantasy value of both Meadows and Glasnow will largely depend on the role they play for the rest of the season. Glasnow has not started a game for the Pirates this year, but with the Rays method of using relievers to start games, he could very easily get stretched out while remaining in the majors. Meadows will need to assert himself among what has become a somewhat crowded Rays outfield this season.--Ben Rolfe
