Austin Hooper Is A Must-Start Regardless Of QB
5 years agoAtlanta Falcons tight end Austin Hooper has been absolutely fantastic for fantasy owners this year. He's caught 46 of his 55 targets for 526 yards and four touchdowns through seven games. This week, Hooper and the Falcons face the Seahawks. They might be without starting quarterback Matt Ryan (ankle), who is currently questionable while dealing with a high ankle sprain. If Ryan is out, Matt Schaub becomes the starter. Hooper's value would take a hit with Schaub in the game, but the hit wouldn't be significant enough to warrant benching Hooper. He's proven to be an integral part of a highly productive passing offense and should be started as a TE1 in all formats this week.
