1 year agoBaltimore Orioles outfielder Austin Hays (hip) remains out of the starting lineup for Friday's game against the Minnesota Twins. The 28-year-old has been out since Sunday due to a left hip contusion. The fact Hays hasn't been placed on the injured list means the team is hopeful he will play this weekend. Otherwise, Hays will get a week off with the All-Star break next week to rest. Colton Cowser will cover left field and bat sixth versus right-hander Bailey Ober on Friday.--Andy Webb - RotoBaller
