2 years agoLos Angeles Chargers running back Austin Ekeler only handled four carries for five yards but hauled in all eight of his targets for 48 receiving yards in a 38-10 loss to the Jacksonville Jaguars. Ekeler's utilization to begin the season has been frustrating for fantasy players and he is yet to find the end zone. Despite being out-carried by Sony Michel, Ekeler's eight receptions led the team as he has been highly involved in the Chargers' passing attack. The lack of rushing attempts can be partially explained by Los Angeles trailing for the entire game. Better days should be ahead for Ekeler, who will remain an RB1 going forward.--Jorden Hill - RotoBaller
