3 months agoAfter Austin Dillon's appeal of the revocation of his playoff bid was denied a second time, Dillon is once again in a position where he needs to win to stand any chance of making the playoffs. Although he has never led a lap at Darlington in his career, this was actually one of Dillon's best tracks in the past with a string of five top tens from 2017 to 2022 including a career-best second place in the 2020 Southern 500. While Dillon regained a bit of speed when he was reunited with his best crew chief Justin Alexander and he did have winning speed at Richmond, it's hard to see it at Darlington since he only starts 16th and neither Richard Childress entry has led a lap at Darlington with this car. Dillon doesn't deserve to be in the playoffs and it's not going to happen either.--Sean Wrona - RotoBaller
