7 months agoAustin Dillon starts from the 23rd position for the Wurth 400 on Sunday afternoon from Dover. The Richard Childress Racing driver can take little solace that Kyle Busch is on the pole. Dillon is struggling mightily in the No. 3 car in 2024 with an average finish of 25.2. This is the worst mark of his career since becoming a full-time driver in 2014. He has one Top 10 result and has steadily regressed on the "Monster Mile" the past few seasons. Dillon dropped from 14th to 23rd to 27th. The Next-Gen car has not been kind as his hot seat could get a little hotter. --Chris Wassel - RotoBaller
