1 year agoAustin Cindric did not get the qualifying effort some expected, but 20th is not the end of the world. Cindric and his Team Penske Ford car has adapted well at Indianapolis. His average finish of 5.5 is highlighted by a runner-up finish last year. The No. 2 Ford was helped a little by the late overtime chaos but he did start second as well. How many spots can Cindric move up may be the question? With so many drivers unusually around the middle, Sunday afternoon could be quite chaotic early.
