Atlanta To Host 2025 All-Star Game
12 months agoThe Atlanta Braves' Truist Park will be the site of the 2025 All-Star Game, according to MLB commissioner Rob Manfred. The venue opened in the 2017 season and will host its first Midsummer Classic seven years later. The Braves have previously hosted the 2000 All-Star Game at Turner Field and the 1972 contest at Atlanta Stadium while Boston Bees and Milwaukee Braves hosted in the 1936 and 1955 seasons, respectively, before relocating to Atlanta. Located roughly 10 miles from downtown Atlanta, Truist Park has a listed seating capacity of 41,084 but has had as many as 43,619 fans attend a game. The 2023 All-Star Game was held in Seattle while the 2024 contest is scheduled to be hosted in Arlington at the Texas Rangers' Globe Life Field. Additionally, Citizens Bank Park in Philadelphia has already been announced as host for the 2026 All-Star Game.
