Aroldis Chapman Makes Season Debut On Monday
4 years agoNew York Yankees closer Aroldis Chapman made his season debut on Monday, striking out three batters and walking one over one inning of work. Monday's appearance was far from a save situation as the Yankees had a seven-run lead when Chapman entered in the ninth inning, and the team likely just wanted to get the 33-year-old some work in after he missed the first two games of the season with a suspension. Chapman showed no signs of rust as he hit 100 mph four times, and he should once again be one of the league's best fantasy closers this year.
