The Cardinals will look to build off of that performance when they host the Detroit Lions this week. While they've exceeded expectations to start the season, and the Lions offense has somewhat underperformed, this doesn't make the Cardinals a reliable fantasy option in Week 3. Detroit's offense ranks as the fifth-toughest matchup for opposing defenses, and the Lions' strong offensive front could exploit Arizona's weaknesses on the defensive line.
