3 years agoCincinnati Reds outfielder Aristides Aquino (hand) will begin a rehab assignment at Triple-A on Thursday. Aquino suffered a left hamate fracture about two weeks into the season. He had surgery to remove the hook of his hamate in his left hand after the injury and he has been out ever since. Before the injury, he played in 10 games and slashed .231/.286/.769 with two home runs and three RBI. The Reds have a bit of a logjam in the outfield right now.
