4 years agoStewart-Haas Racing's Aric Almirola continued his good fortune by drawing the pole position for Sunday's Foxwoods Resort Casino 301 at New Hampshire Motor Speedway. Almirola and the No. 10 team have leveled up in 2020, coming into Sunday's race on a streak of eight straight top-10 finishes. While Almirola has been insanely lucky during the qualifying draws, he has proved he can be a front-runner. Almirola has led a significant portion of three of the last six Cup Series races and now heads to a track where he has been solid at since moving to SHR. In his two starts in the No. 10 car, Almirola has a third-place finish, an 11th-place finish, and led 54 combined laps at the one-mile track. Almirola will not have any position upside, and his cost in DFS is just above-average. He will probably be a driver to shy away from, but if he can continue his momentum and lead some early laps, he would not be a bad lineup choice.--John Pitucci - RotoBaller
