3 years agoAric Almirola is always a risk for DFS it seems this season, unfortunately. Some extraordinarily bad luck has hurt but at Atlanta, Almirola does have one top-ten finish in four races. The problem is that is just a 25% success rate. For him to have more upside, he probably has to be around tenth at the race's end. The early season race and some other intermediate tracks have shown that Almirola can move up some positions but loses some of that ground. The first time at Atlanta that was worse when the Stewart-Haas Racing driver climbed into the top ten then faded down to a 20th place result (-4 place differential). There is risk but maybe there is reward based on a cheaper price. --Chris Wassel - RotoBaller
