Antonio Gibson Stellar In Win
3 years agoWashington Football Team running back Antonio Gibson collected 146 yards on 21 carries and a touchdown while backup Jaret Patterson only had six carries. Washington was up for most of the game and were by no means intimidated by the New York Giants' Jake Fromm-led offense. Nevertheless, it's still encouraging that when Gibson is healthy, he's clearly viewed as the team's workhorse back and who the offense would ideally run through. There's a chance that many variables may change in Washington for the 2022 season, but depending on what happens, the sophomore runner could be a top three round pick. However, for Dynasty, Washington may continue to struggle to find a quarterback, and they've shown a lack of trust in Gibson's ball security as well. Therefore, although Gibson holds immense value, it may be wise to sell high on him during the offseason.
