Anthony Santander Still Out Tuesday
2 years agoBaltimore Orioles outfielder Anthony Santander (back) remains out of the team's starting lineup on Tuesday against the visiting Toronto Blue Jays. Santander hasn't played since Aug. 18 and remains day-to-day with a back ailment. Fantasy managers will want to check back to see if he's feeling good enough to return to action on Wednesday. The 28-year-old left-handed slugger has been a solid source of power, RBI and runs scored for the first-place Orioles. In 499 plate appearances this year, he's hitting .248/.323/.459 with 21 home runs, 65 RBI, three stolen bases and 60 runs scored in 117 games. With Santander still resting, Ryan McKenna will get the start in right field and will hit eighth against Blue Jays left-hander Yusei Kikuchi.
