4 years agoLos Angeles Angels third baseman Anthony Rendon is currently going in the middle of the third round in most fantasy drafts. Rendon was a bit underwhelming in his first year with the Angels in 2020. Over 52 games, he slashed .286/.418/.497 with nine home runs, 31 RBI and 29 runs. He displayed elite plate discipline with 31 strikeouts compared with 38 walks. In 2019, he was one of the most valuable players in all of fantasy, slashing .319/.412/.598 with 34 home runs, 117 runs and a Major League-leading 126 RBI. Those lofty 2019 numbers are a bit risky to chase, but they're a clear indication of his elite upside.
