Anthony Miller Standing Out
6 years agoChicago Bears rookie wide receiver Anthony Miller was a standout in practice on Thursday, showing off his strong hands and catching a touchdown, and he's building a case to be the starting slot receiver. However, he could still move around quite a bit in head coach Matt Nagy's offense. “It’s a really big part of my game; you’ve got to have strong hands,” Miller said. “Especially at this level, there’s going to be a lot of traffic catches with a lot of guys around you. You’ve got to be able to catch it away from your body.” The second-round pick from Memphis could be a rookie sleeper with his incredible upside in an offense that should take a step forward. Don't forget his name.
