Anthony Edwards Scores Team-High 34 Points In Loss
2 years agoMinnesota Timberwolves guard Anthony Edwards scored more than the team's bench combined as they went on to lose 114-106 to the Washington Wizards on Thursday. The 21-year-old All-Star ended the game with 34 points, five rebounds, three assists, three steals, and one block while shooting 11-for-26 from the floor and 3-for-10 from the free throw line. At this point, the Timberwolves really need to provide Edwards with some help because while Karl-Anthony Towns remains out, this is a sinking ship. For nine-category leagues, Edwards is ranked 34th in per-game value while cracking the top 10 in total value since he has yet to miss a single game.
