Anthony Edwards Scores 24 Points In Loss To Raptors
3 years agoMinnesota Timberwolves shooting guard Anthony Edwards scored a team-high 24 points in Wednesday's 125-102 loss to the Toronto Raptors. He shot 10-for-17 from the field in the game while connecting on four of his seven attempts from three-point range. He also added eight rebounds, four assists, one steal and one block. Edwards was hampered by a knee injury earlier this month and he had a few shaky performances after his return from the injury. However, he's been coming around lately. He has now scored exactly 24 points in two straight while hitting a total of nine three-pointers over that two-game stretch. His next game will be on Friday against the Denver Nuggets.
