Anthony Edwards Leads Minnesota With 28 Points
3 years agoMinnesota Timberwolves guard/forward Anthony Edwards scored a team-high 28 points on 11-for-21 shooting in Wednesday's 126-115 defeat to the Clippers. A big amount of his misses came from downtown as he went 3-for-10. Edwards nailed all three attempts from the line and handed out six assists with three rebounds, three steals, one block and six turnovers in 38 minutes. The turnovers will make you cringe but the second-year player once again crushed it overall. Anthony has so far averaged a 24-7-3 line for the season with 1.3 steals. He gets all the minutes that he can handle and even played through a banged knee on Wednesday night. The 20-year-old will be a problem for the Clippers again on Friday before heading into a busy four-game week.
