Anthony DeSclafani Slated To Start On Tuesday
1 year agoSan Francisco Giants starting pitcher Anthony DeSclafani (shoulder) will be activated from the injured list on Tuesday and is slated to start against his former team, the Reds, in Cincinnati. The 33-year-old hurler has been on the 15-day IL since July 3 with shoulder fatigue but all signs point to him returning to the rotation this week. DeSclafani owns a 4.28 ERA, 1.20 WHIP, and 69:18 K/BB ratio over 90 1/3 innings (16 starts) on the year. He should be avoided for streaming purposes for Tuesday's tilt at the launching pad that is GABP in Cincinnati.
