2 years agoLos Angeles Lakers forward/center Anthony Davis (back) will play and start as usual Sunday against the Portland Trail Blazers. Davis has been dealing with back soreness to start the season and had a hard fall on Thursday night, but was able to finish the game against the Los Angeles Clippers and practiced on Saturday. If Davis is limited in any capacity or suffers a reinjury, Damian Jones and Wenyen Gabriel would likely see more minutes at center. LeBron James would also see an increase in his already massive usage rate.--Dale Johnson
