6 years agoNew Orleans Pelicans forward/center Anthony Davis (elbow) will not play in Monday's game against the Denver Nuggets. Davis has now missed the team's past two contests due to an elbow strain he suffered on October 26th against the Brooklyn Nets. The former No. 1 pick in the 2012 draft appears to be day-to-day. Nikola Mirotic will continue to experience an insane usage rate in Davis' absence and Jrue Holiday should see an increased role also. Julius Randle will draw his second straight start. Randle got into foul trouble on Saturday against Rudy Gobert and the Utah Jazz. If he can avoid the same issues against the Nuggets frontcourt, he makes for a quality DFS option on the night.--Spencer Aguiar - RotoBaller
