Anthony Davis Battles Through A Back Problem
2 years agoLos Angeles Lakers forward/center Anthony Davis played through a back problem Sunday against Denver and helped the team finally get the first win of the year. The Brow scored 23 points on 10-for-18 shooting and grabbed a game-high 15 rebounds, adding two assists and one steal to his tally with one block and two turnovers in 37 minutes. "It was killing me tonight," Davis said about his back after the game. He has been on the injury report with lower back tightness lately and even missed his first game of the season because of it on Friday. The Lakers start a light three-game week now, which could help Davis to get over the back issue. He has done great whilst being in the lineup this season and is currently the only player in the league to average at least 20 points, 10 rebounds, two steals and two blocks.
