Anthony Beauvillier Scores Only Isles Goal
5 years agoNew York Islanders left wing Anthony Beauvillier netted the team's only goal in Monday's 2-1 loss to the Coyotes, picking up his 18th marker of the season 6:42 into the final frame. Andy Greene and Ryan Pulock delivered the assists. Beauvillier, who has 37 points for the season, continues to blow hot and cold. He started off 2020 with a six-game point drought, but then notched 13 points during a 10-game hot spell. He then went three games again without a single point before Monday night. Despite the inconsistent form, Beauvillier has already posted a new career-high in points, and he's actually done pretty well when you consider that the Isles aren't a very prolific team.
